How long does delivery take?
Most orders are handmade to order and ship within 5–10 business days, plus standard courier transit time on top of that. Custom pieces may take longer — you'll be given an estimated timeframe when your custom order is confirmed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and courier link.

Can I request a custom colour or size?
Yes — use the custom enquiry form to let Rhea know what you have in mind, including your preferred colours, size, and where the piece will go.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom pieces typically take 2–3 weeks from confirmation to completion, depending on complexity and current order volume. You'll be given a more specific estimate once your enquiry is reviewed.
Do you take commissions for events or weddings?
Absolutely — macrame arches, table runners, and favours are popular for weddings and events. Get in touch early, as event pieces are often booked out weeks in advance.
Is there a minimum order for custom pieces?
No minimum — custom orders range from a single small hanging to larger multi-piece commissions.

What materials are your pieces made from?
Every piece is hand-knotted from natural cotton cord, chosen for its softness and durability.
How do I care for my macrame piece?
Spot clean with a damp cloth as needed and avoid soaking or machine washing, as this can affect the cord's shape. Keep pieces out of direct sunlight for long periods to prevent fading.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Our cotton pieces are best suited for indoor use. If you're after something for a covered outdoor area, let us know when enquiring — we can recommend a more weather-resistant cord.
