We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, quote on custom work, and fulfil any order you place with us directly. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we store it

Enquiry details are stored securely in our database and are only accessible to Rhea's Macrame's admin. We keep enquiry records so we can refer back to previous conversations with you, unless you ask us to delete them.
